Apparently, half a billion dollars from Google wasn’t enough to buy Yelp. For the last couple of weeks the tech community has been hearing about Google’s intention to buy Yelp. Everything seemed to be going well, and after Google’s recent acquisitions, we all thought Yelp was going to be one more smooth transaction. But it wasn’t. Yelp walked away.
