The Problem:

Warline Painting is an interior and exterior painting company that services Vancouver and Lower Mainland homes and businesses. Their doors have been open since 2004, and in all that time they never needed a website. Instead, they relied on referrals to grow.

Then the recession happened in 2008, followed by the double-whammy of the HST which raised the tax charged on painting services from 5% to 12%. With Warline competing in such a price-driven industry, and revenue dropping fast, they turned to Snaptech for help in designing a brand new website and coming up with an Internet marketing strategy. "It really did get tough out there, so we needed to look at ways of marketing our company and advertising, something that we had never done before,” said Heidi Nyline, co-owner of Warline.

The Solution:

The Result:

Without having any sort of earlier web presence, the new Warline Painting website launched in January 2011. Shortly afterward Heidi called us to say that she was extremely ecstatic with the results. New business was coming in at such a high level that Warline’s painting teams could barely keep up with the demand. Less than five months after the launch of the website Warline Painting’s business had spiked 466% and the overwhelming majority of their new revenue was coming from leads generated by their website and internet marketing initiatives.
